Cast Iron Yaki Yaki Grill


Yaki Yaki Japanese cast iron grill pan with detachable handle and cedar trivet. The scratch- and rust-resistant pan from Oigen Foundry Co. comes with a wooden trivet so it can be taken directly from the stove to the table. Comes with simple to follow care instructions. With proper care, this set can last over 100 years. The Oigen Foundry has been producing Nambu ironware for 900 years in Iwate, north of the area affected by the 2011 Tsunami.
