Room Shoe Sizing Tips: These Japanese-style room shoes are designed for maximum comfort and are very forgiving when it comes to sizing, but it is important that the your foot is not larger than the footbed. Note that, in addition to the US sizing equivalents listed below, foot measurements can be taken in centimeters and compared to the Japanese sizes, which are also measured in centimeters. If your foot falls between sizes, you may want to round up, and if you have particularly wide feet, you should also consider going up a size.

L - US Women's (8.5 - 9) - (10 - 10.5); Men's 7.5 - (8.5 - 9)
Materials: 60% cotton, 40% linen
Care: These shoes feature a soft sole and are intended to only be worn indoors. Do not wear them outdoors or on cement. Machine wash with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Hang or tumble dry low.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We apply a $10 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States, with some exclusions for fragile, heavy, or oversized items.
Leather Bags: Most Stitch and Tickle leather items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We’re happy to accommodate faster turn around times when possible. Items from the shop ship within 3 business days when in stock. Please let us know if you’re on a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Other items from the shop: If in stock, we ship at least twice a week, i.e. usually within 3 business days from when you placed your order. In the event that some items are on backorder from our suppliers, you will be notified as soon as possible with expected ship date.
Most items ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on pickups and rates (which vary often). Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for items lost in transit or after delivery. Customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once their order ships and it is the customer's responsibility to track and collect their package at delivery to minimize the risk of loss or theft. Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
