Jiu Iron Frying Pan with Removable Wood Handle

$85

The iron frying pan "JIU" is manufactured in the small-town factory in Osaka. This handmade pan, which Japanese craftworkers produce carefully one by one, has its own characteristics such as colors of metal and pattern of woodgrain.

With a handle that can be easily attached and detached simply by sliding the top half lightly with your thumb, the frying pan can easily be transformed from a piece of cookware to a serving plate/bowl.

The more you use "JIU", the more characteristics it will have. Oil penetrates to the iron and the color of the surface gradually turns darker. This is one of the unique characteristics of handmade iron frying pans.

Please note the frying pan and the handle are sold separately, giving you the option to buy several pans with only one handle if you so choose.  Please pick from drop down menu.

Frying pan size - 10" $85
