PAYMENT
All major credit cards are welcome. Prices are in USD and do not include any applicable sales tax.
SHIPPING
REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY:
Leather Bags: Most Stitch and Tickle leather items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We’re happy to accommodate faster turn around times when possible. Items from the shop ship within 3 business days when in stock. Please let us know if you’re on a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Other items from the shop: If in stock, we ship twice a week so usually within 3 business days from when you placed your order.
All items ship via UPS Ground or occationally, USPS. Mail now includes a delivery confirmation tracking number from USPS, but does not include insurance.
Please contact us at the time of purchase to request the package to be insured as it needs to be done at the time of shipping. Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
We apply a $10 flat rate* for standard ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Please choose an expedited shipping option if needed at checkout (rate will be calculated automatically), however please check with us if you need the order ship the same day as packages don't get picked up everyday.
*Exclusions apply for heavy and oversized items
International orders: Please choose from shipping options at check out. Please note we are not responsible for items either lost or stolen in transit, or for custom duties which differ from country to country. Please check regulations in the destination country.
Shipment details will be sent to the customer once shipped. It is the responsibily of the customer to track their package and collect it in a timely fashion to avoid loss or theft.

In an effort to limit waste, we use recycled packaging as much as possible.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your items for a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt with prior email approval. Returned items must be in new and unworn condition, and in original packaging. Please keep in mind that most of our products are hand made to order so please avoid ordering multiple items just to try on. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance or answer any questions at time of order.
Shipping for returns and exchanges is at the customer’s expense and responsibility - please make sure to request approval before returning your items, and send us the tracking number of your return shipment.
Sale, one of a kind items and custom orders are final sales.
ABOUT THE LEATHER
Being a natural material, leather often presents minor marks and variations inherent to the hide. While mass produced or high end bags eliminate those imperfections, we are committed to minimize waste and we see as part of the unique character of the material. We believe it is possible to make bags that are beautiful without supporting the wastefulness of the handbag industry.
DIMENSIONS
Because every bag is handmade, and in an effort to limit waste, dimensions may vary slightly (+/- 1" ). Please let us know prior to placing an order if you have any concerns and we’ll be happy to check.
MADE TO ORDER
There is no extra charge for an item that is made to order (that is, to the existing specifications).
PACKAGING
In an effort to limit waste, we use recycled packaging whenever possible. Please consider reusing or recycling our shipping cartons.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome and quoted on a case by case basis. Feel free to email us with any special requests. Please be aware that custom specifications take extra time and thus usually cost extra. Custom orders must be prepaid. They are not returnable. If you like the style of one our bags but would like it in the leather of another model we carry, we’d be happy to accommodate, however this would be considered custom and would not be returnable.
WHOLESALE
We do not sell wholesale any longer.
LEATHER BAG CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To clean your leather, try using leather cleaning product or saddle soap. For persistent stains please consult a professional leather cleaner. Make sure to condition your item at least twice a year with either natural oils (such as mink oil or neatsfoot oil) or a leather conditioner.
Note: Distressed leathers should only be cleaned by professional cleaners. You may want to use a waterproofing spray to preserve their finish.
REPAIRS
We guarantee our craftsmanship. If an item appears to be defective within the first year of purchase, please contact us and we’ll gladly replace or fix it for you free of charge. After the first year we are happy to fix items distressed from normal wear and tear for an additional cost, simply contact us for a quote.
