Japanese Cheese Slicer
A wire cheese cutter designed for easy, non-stick slicing. It allows you to comfortably slice through cheese, butter, boiled eggs, and more. The handle provides a secure grip, making it easy to apply pressure, and it is capable of cutting both flat and curved surfaces.
Usage Notes: Use with soft cheeses such as processed cheese, cream cheese, or blue cheese.
For semi-hard cheeses or those with a rind, please make an initial cut with a knife before using the wire to finish the slice.
This product cannot be used for hard-type cheeses. If you find it difficult to slice completely through, place the cheese on a piece of cooking paper over a slightly resilient surface (such as your palm or a folded dish towel) to achieve a clean cut.
Features: The wire blade is safe for tabletop use and is replaceable for long-term use. Dishwasher safe.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We apply a $10 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States, with some exclusions for fragile, heavy, or oversized items.
Leather Bags: Most Stitch and Tickle leather items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We’re happy to accommodate faster turn around times when possible. Items from the shop ship within 3 business days when in stock. Please let us know if you’re on a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Other items from the shop: If in stock, we ship at least twice a week, i.e. usually within 3 business days from when you placed your order. In the event that some items are on backorder from our suppliers, you will be notified as soon as possible with expected ship date.
Most items ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on pickups and rates (which vary often). Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for items lost in transit or after delivery. Customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once their order ships and it is the customer's responsibility to track and collect their package at delivery to minimize the risk of loss or theft. Stitch and Tickle is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
